4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• You may deposit money via UPI, Paytm, or Netbanking.
• Withdrawals are processed to verified UPI IDs or wallet numbers only.
• We reserve the right to delay or block withdrawals in case of suspected fraud.

5. Fair Play & Cheating

Sikkim 777 enforces strict anti-fraud and anti-cheating rules. Users found exploiting bugs, using automation, or manipulating game logic will have their accounts permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

6. Prohibited Use

• You may not use our platform for any unlawful activity.
• Bot usage, automated scripts, or fake referral abuse is strictly prohibited.
• You may not impersonate others or use stolen payment methods.

7. Bonus System

All bonus credits (e.g., welcome bonus, referral rewards) may have withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or revoke bonus offers at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, game designs, and software are owned by Sikkim 777 and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. All participation is at your own risk.

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Sikkim or as per applicable regulations.
